In IFS apps 10 Aurena there are different ways to create a Fault report and the result is also different:

  • Creating from Technician portal: A work task is automatically connected to the work order
  • Creating from Maintenance / Work Management / Initiation: No work task is connected to the work order.

Is there any way to prevent the creation of work task when Fault report is initiated from Technician portal? The reason for this is that I instead want the work task to be created by adding a sufficient work task template to the work order.
