Scenario: when I register a return for credit in the receipt window and create a Replacement Order I cannot see the link between the receipt and the new purchase order created for this return for credit. There is a way to see this link?

After testing, the link between the parent purchase order and the new purchase order created for this return for credit, is shown in the replacement order (field ‘Replace Order No’).
However, it seems that this link it is not shown in the receipt of the purchase order.
