Our customer tries to install latest Report Designer ver. 200.2.0001.
He gets error: “Could not find Java 1.7.0 or later! (...) Would you like to download and install this now?”
After confirmation he receives “Error installing Java”.
The simplest way is to install java manually. Which version should be installed? According to the error message, it should be 1.7.0 or later - could someone confirm that?
Another problem is java licensing - the licensing changed in 2019. Which java version should be selected, assuming we want to have free licenses, that were available till 2019?
