I am following the instructions below to add branding to our IFS EE portal, I can seem to use any file format and image size for the Logo and it’s automatically resized and works fine,

However I am unable to get the Background Image to work, no matter the image size or file type it just shows as white, is there a correct image dimension or file type I should use?

after about 4 hours (and many swearwords) 😣 i have finally reached the satisfying solution for resolution 1920x1080, see picture...
I don’t understand why the correct backgroud image dimensions are not described in documentation!!! 😡😡😡

Does it have to be a specific file type?

+4Did you restart MWS instance using mws-svr.cmd (restart - all)?
Try change the file name of background image in middleware admin console and on link target directory for example from bgimage.png to bgimage02.png and do restart...
