Other than admin role credentials In Part disposition screen, disposition record with disposition code RMA is not visible but disposition code RTS related records are displayed . Is it required to add any function? Please suggest how to display disposition data with disposition code RMA in part disposition screen.

Which client do you experience this issue with? Is it a Smart client/ Web client or a Mobile client?
Do you have Access Group configurations?
from admin credentials I can see all the records but from other roles part disposition with disposition code RMA is not displayed.

Yes code value is active. I can see drop down values. But records which is already created with disposition code RMA is not displaying.

+15I guess, you need to check the access group configuration. Compare the records in code table DISP_CODE(RMA & RTS).
