In Aurena, in the technician portal I see unassigned tasks as tasks with resource group I belong to. Is there a way around this? Can we show unassigned tasks using the team that’s connected to the task instead of the resource group?

The UI Designer will allow you to change the drop down at the top to select the technician portal. Then you can select the task screen from the left to see and amend the formatting specific to the technician portal task screen including how it filters and show data.
