Hi all!

I have a demand to manage Agile Projects (scrum) on IFS Cloud.

I know that the module is structured for waterfall projects, but I would like to know if someone had this requirement and managed to provide a workaround to address it. The main points are to track the sprints, user sotries, team capacity and backlog.

Thanks,

Odair

Hi Odair

The only thing I can think of is to use Project Deliverables for managing the work.

It would contain the Backlog of all User stories, maybe per epic. As soon as it moves to a sprint you add it to an activity that represents the Sprint

There is some estimation possibilities per Project Deliverable Item, so that could be the start of the team capacity.

The execution could be done based on Work orders but that is probably not wanted, so the activity should collect the cost of the Sprint

Hope this help a bit

Regards Erik

Thanks Erik!

I hadn’t thought about using project deliverables.

This may be a solution since we can’t cover it on standard way.
