how to resolve below error when we are changing the Print Uom in the product structure.
basically, we defined the input uom group, 1pkg=1000 EA. we want the system to be automatically translate what it is needed during the business operation.
+12As the message says, for both Print UOM and Inventory UOM, the based UOM should be the same. You need to check your Unit of Measure screen to see whether you can change to align them.
It appears that the uom you are using has to be the same Base UOM. which means you can change to m, cm, dm if base uom is mm, which is for length. if you change to Litter, then system will prompted the error.
We don’t have clear guideline on the settings on the UoM, thus have some issues arise.
