A bit about yourself
I've been living and breathing IFS since before most people had heard of it — we're talking IFS 2004-1 SP3, back when getting an integration to work felt like a minor miracle. Since then I've worked across pretty much every corner of the platform: CRM, service & support, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, finance, and projects. These days I'm CDO and IFS Practice Lead at RutterKey Solutions, a specialist IFS Cloud consultancy. My world sits at the intersection of IFS delivery, data & AI, and integration — I lead our Boomi practice and spend a lot of time turning complex ERP landscapes into something that actually makes sense for the businesses running on them. If it touches IFS, I've probably built it, broken it, and built it again.
