Cannot login into IFS Business Reporter as a super user with basic authentication

Hi,

 

When I'm trying to login into the Business Reporter using a super user username/password, it doesn't give any login error neither successfully load the reporter having closed the login dialog. When I choose the azure AD login option it says im already login. It seems something wrong with handling authentication code in the BR login dialog when even authentication happens successfully. Not loading after manually closing the login dialog too.

Any workaround for this?

This is IFS Cloud 24R1

Could you please refer to this document IFS Product - How to Troubleshoot Issues in Authentication flows with redirections in IFS Cloud and check whether the workaround is applicable?
