In the case of an expense, is it possible to see who can approve it for me and who can authorise it before it's done? 

HiI have successfully created the UPD build from IFS Config builder and applied in IFS Dev, Delivery deployment is successful without any errors, but after the installation if i login to IFS Apps and see in Installed compoenents screen, then still its showing UPD 10 as version, please check the below screenshots and please guide me where it went wrong why its not showin Components version as 22 in installed componenets screen, what i have to do it, plz guide me. Used Get Values from Dev DBAfter UPD 22 still its showing UPD 10 

We have an employee valid until 30/04/2024 in company A. We need to transfer his employment to company B though ‘New Employment’ wizard by selecting existing Person ID from 01/05/2024 onwards. We filled all the relevant data in all the steps. However, in the final step when click ‘Finish’ we get following error. There is no employees yet added to company B but still prompts an error. Any suggestions please?

Hello Everyone:I’m currently working on a scenario involving customer payments. I’ve declared the “Fee in Pay Curr” and this is our bank fee, but after the payment was approved, the fee amount did not appear in the bank reconciliation for matching. Is there a step I might have missed in the process?  Thank you in advance.

Issue: In mobile we have our technicians updating the work status from off shift to on shift. Every now and then PSO doesn’t show this event log of going on shift and a task or activity doesn’t get assigned to the specialist.This creates downtime as they have to call in, customer is getting serviced in a timely manner, and there are reporting concerns with having to go off shift and back on, plus the overhead for pso to recalculate anything as it clears their board as they go off shift.We can see the change in FSM too as we have it being recorded on their person record (person_event).I have looked in PSO using Audits, but I am unfamiliar with the schedule_event, event type id, such as RO or BF. Questions:1) How should I be using the Audit screen to look for this change in work status?2) Is there something else, such as looking directly at the FSM or PSO tables? 3) Exactly how do I need (i.e., specific stesp) to find whether or not PSO has the change in shift?​​​​​4) Has this issue been

Hello,We are working on implementing PSO for a customer and most of the activities in gantt will be on regular dates and will be assigned to the preferred resource. The activities are coming from recurring service programs. However, if the preferred technician is unavailable, PSO will reschedule the activities and give them to someone else. In this case, the customer would like to see on the gantt when there were automatic changes made by PSO. Have you encountered such a scenario before or does anyone have any idea how this could be possible? Thank you very much,Iulia

Hello everyone, I have do difficulties wih invoice migration in IFS, I have question about the VAT lines. Question about the migration of customer or supplier invoices with VAT already declared Is it necessary to use an extra-accounting migration account? Use a specific account? Example for a customer invoice of 1000€ excluding VAT and 200€ VAT declared For the product part, it's clear to me that you need to use a migration account that must be balanced with an analytical p&l.The third-party account will balance the balance account.What should I do with the tax line? My current scheme is as follows: Debit 411 - €1200 Credit 9701 - €1000VAT?                         200€ on which account in general? For invoices with undeclared VAT, should I use the same tax codes as the customer currently uses?  Or Use an external voucher for VAT lines?

Hello;Sometimes it gives errors when opening the program.Usually when I clean the 2.0 inside, it works fine.It started to be a problem for me to periodically clean some users' 2.0 folder.In general, I think such problems occur as a result of crossing people during screen loading.What do you think is the reason users have problems during connection.Why do I always need to delete the contents of the 2.0 folder?  Ask a few examples (applications are busy.)   Sometimes, even if you click IFS, the username and password screen does not appear in front of the person.  I created cmd code to clean the 2.0 folder. In apps 10 , we want to enable Employee self service access with LTU license for one of the users. what is the process. 

In case of an already authorized expense sheet where allowances are wrong (for example wrong amount defined in the abroad rule), the normal way a wrong expense sheet (duplicate it and set the duplicate to minus) does not work since in the Cloud version Gross Amount in Payment Currency is always recalculated after saving the line into positive value. For example : In this case faulty expense sheet was duplicated and quantity of allowance was set to -1 and before saving the line Gross Amount in Payment Currency is correctly negative.After saving the lines all values are negative but Gross Amount in Payment Currency is positive.Is there any solution known in standard functionality to correct allowance of already authorized expense sheets?

How does the process of ordering with provision in ifs work?

Hi Experts, Would like to know the app param Export Task Categories functionality. If we have any tasks with not null task category and if we set the app param Export Task Categories value as Null, should we map the app param value to not null values and do not leave the value as Null incase we do not want those tasks to go to PSO ? Do we have any other option or another param which can be set to restrict these tasks from interfacing to PSO?
