Hello eveyone! I need to schedule a csv file from IFS server to be in FTP address each 2 hours. I already set the Job Migration to create a csv file. And I already set my destination folder in IFS Server.The csv file is being created in the folder that I set. It’s all fine here. Now, I need to send this file to a FTP server each 2 hours. Is there a way to customize this? Thanks a lot for any help!!

Setup:  IFS Applications 10 UPD 6   On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error: Something went wrong!   Reference:  IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A Code:  IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW Message:  Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements. Information:  Invalid redirect URL   I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error.    My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this?   Can anyone please advise?      

Hi EveryoneWe are testing SSO in one of our test environments and are having an issue. We have set it up to Azure AD services and also have the Active Directory User Integration configured to point at on on premise AD security group- this works but we are running the synchronisation manually while testing, rather than having it scheduled.Things seem to be working as intended except we are seeing user accounts being auto locked daily at 14:50 and/or 02:50 (example screenshot below) but we don’t know by what- we cant see any obvious background jobs doing this, although we have disabled a couple with no change. Has anybody had the same issue and resolved it?Thanks in advanceChris

We are IFS hosted.In IFS Apps 9 UPD 1, on the Solution Manager -> Security -> Users -> Active Directory User Integration screen, there is a Primary LDAP Server listed.We need to change this server. I know when we updated the password for the service account listed on this screen, we lost IFS access and IFS (who hosts our system) had to stop/restart some services for IFS to work again.Do we need to coordinate with IFS to change the LDAP server name? Or are we able to do that with no other impacts? 

We are using the IFS10 Print Agent very little and wish to stop using it. We don’t print much but a few times per week invoices that we are going to change to be emailed internally instead. Any considerations before removing the print agent service you can think of?

Hi,We get the following error message when creating a change order for a PO in IFS Cloud (23R1).We don’t use supplier schedules, and I have never seen this error message before.Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Laser check is developed using IFS report designer and it aligns with the pre-printed check in Dev environment. But when the same rdl and xsd is moved to prod, the alignment is completely off.The “Payment Document → Supplier Check” settings are identical, printers are identical. So not sure what causes the mis alignment.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance  

There is a SharedDocs”appname” folder on the app server that fills up the disk with small files over time. These all appear to be uploaded document images. I found the references to this directory in the “appname”_configuration.xml file. <ifs.fndmws.internal.custom.java.options.main>-Difs.fnd.docman.shared.path=c:/IFS/SharedDocs”appname”/</ifs.fndmws.internal.custom.java.options.main><ifs.fndmws.internal.custom.java.options.int>-Difs.fnd.docman.shared.path=c:/IFS/SharedDocs”appname”/</ifs.fndmws.internal.custom.java.options.int><Docman.cluster.shared.path>c:/IFS/SharedDocs”appname”/</Docman.cluster.shared.path> Can anyone tell me if these are just temporary files created for upload to the database, and if so, is there a setting to clean these up after a given period of time or can they be cleaned up manually after processing is complete?

To me it looks like the material bottleneck settings have been swapped in the logic. “Always Finite” components will be scheduled in Shop Orders with planned goods receipts. If I switch to “Finite” the Shop Orders gets “Unscheduled”!? 

Hi All,I have a clarification with regards to the Supplier Check Templates and would like to know the logic behind printing of 10 invoices per remittance if the Check Template ID is defined as LASER and 14 invoices when it is defined as NORMAL.  Also observed that, when a cheque is printed with the Template ID Laser, it generates 2 result keys if more than 10 invoices are  matched with a check.Example: Matching of 16 invoices to a check. Appreciate your support.Best RegardsRazan

Supplier Payment screen (Screen shot below) is missing from Cloud verison.I have below doubts -Although, the related business transaction can be done through mixed payment but what is the reason to discountinue the process.  How previous transaction can be seen in upgraded environment.  Note: Similarly, corresponding screen for customer, names - Customer paymeny is also discontinued.

It seems that you need an existing record in the Register Arrivals screen in order to select that line and then use the line-specific commands to Create the PO.  What if you’ve never created a PO for this PN?  In this case, when you search the Register Arrivals screen, there are no records and when there are not records, there is no line to select to enable the command to create PO. Thank youPatrick

Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State.  Values on Config file

Dear R&D,Since 24R1, filtering options on lobbies look like this. In the former releases, this was reserved to page parameters configuration hopefully. This is so ugly with data types displayed I’m sure this is not intentional. Could you confirm, and if so, I’ll create a support ticket right away ?  In the recent past, we used to see this :

The issue does not recur in the IFS environment or when we try to access the customer environment, because labeling of documents is not mandatory for IFS Microsoft Office. Hello, We are using PSO integrated with Cloud. We created multiple resource groups in Cloud mostly for filtering purposes in PSO. Before, I could see all resource groups as skill in PSO, but in the last couple of days it is not possible anymore.  I am only seeing the resource groups which come as resource demand on the request task.I have checked in the audits and it seems that all resource groups do come as skill from Cloud.I am also not able to see the resource details anymore, so I cannot check the resource skills. I don’t know if it is related to the issue or not.Did someone encounter this or do you know if I am missing something? PSO 6.13IFS Cloud 24.1.1

Is it possible that we can run balance reconciliation process before time card transactions are authorized ? Is there a way or setup that allows us to reconcile without time being authorized for that particular day ?

Hi All,I’m reaching out regarding a scenario we're encountering in IFS Apps 10 with PSO.We often have situations where engineers are unable to complete work tasks for various reasons. As per the standard process, these work assignments are marked as incomplete. Our goal is to reuse these incomplete work tasks for an engineer to perform a return trip without creating a new one.Currently, our approach involves adding a new resource demand line to generate a new allocation in PSO. However, this method creates a problem: the new allocation becomes a co-requisite of the previous one and thus cannot be scheduled by PSO.I’m looking for suggestions or best practices on how to handle this scenario more effectively, ensuring that we can schedule and manage return trips for incomplete tasks smoothly.Thank you for your assistance!Best regards,Wayne

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract.In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping.We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith
