There should be a system parameter called “ Cleanup age limit in days for Iam Events Log” in the System Parameters screen in Aurena. Please check the value set for this. The default value is 3 days. There is also a scheduled database task called “Periodic cleanup of Iam Events” which would cleanup login events based on the value set in this parameter.
It would be better not to set the value too high for this though because these logs accumulate a lot of data in our experience, which could cause disk space issues in the database server. 2 months should be okay, however.

Customer wants to extend this to 6 months.
If you only recommend 2 months max, are there any alternative options!
Customer basically wants to find last login date of users; specifically users who have not logged into the system in last 6 months.
