In IFS, purchase cost doesn’t always show on the Customer Order even with “Purchase Order Direct”.
Just check:
- Supply code is set correctly at line creation
- Cost exists for the part (standard cost calculated)
- Cost/Profit view is enabled
If setup was changed, try recreating the order line.
