We have updated the environment to 24R1 but the error remains

No MediaTypeFormatter is available to read an object of type 'PdfArchiveHeader' from content with media type 'text/html'.

Hi Anders,

I have not yet been able to test this, as our customer, who is experiencing the same issue, has not updated their environment to the latest version.

Below is the IFS case ID that I opened earlier, which includes information about the cloud versions that would resolve the issue. If you have already opened a case, could you please reference the case ID below? If not, could you kindly open a new case and mention the following case ID?

Case ID: CS0271197
