We need to track if users are currently logged in IFS Cloud, i.e., if someone is using the system. Is there an audit trail of users logging in and what time they log in and out of IFS Cloud? We are using 22R1 in PROD and updating to 23R2 next month. Thanks for your help.

@tnamarcela This is available in IFS Cloud - Authentication Auditing

please check the following IFS documentation for more info

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/030_administration/010_security/040_iam_settings/080_authentication_auditing/#authentication_auditing

Hope this helps !

Thanks, Buddhika. I notice that the session start (date/time) is in UTC time not my local time. Is there a way to change that to show my local time?

@tnamarcela It seems like the Session Start is in UTC time.

You can check the Login Events page which shows the server time, check if it works.

Solution Manager > Users and Permissions > Identity and Access Manager > Manage > Login Events

In 23R2, Login Events and Admin Events screens show the server time with EST next to the date and time (my local time), while the User Session does not (no EST next to the date/time). That is strange to show different time zones. See attached picture.
