Need to know, how license model works in IFS Cloud?

How many license type used in IFS Cloud ? what is full access? (Is there any concept exists as named license  , technician  license etc)

Is the license procured based on number of operational users ? Or it is pay on usage concept ?

What could be tentative license cost for a small organisation with a 300 user strength? 

Please assist.
