Hi All,

There there are 4 types of licenses for IFS cloud
1. Full User
2. Limited Task User (LTU)
3. Additional Task User (ATU)
4. Custom Task User (CTU)

Please can you provide information on below:

As a developer we need to configure IFS Cloud service management, what licenses should we ask for?

Is it called as full user access with admin permission set?

Thanks in advance.

With the release of IFS Cloud there are no longer CTU or ATU user types. There are only Full Users and Limited Task Users (LTU). Full Users are still the primary user type.

For Full Users the permission sets are defined by the customer to fit the role of that user or user group.

The LTU permission sets are now developed by R&D and are applied to the user or user group that is applicable. If the customer creates their own permission set those users will still be Full Users in the system.
