Access to the portal to change the certification body

Dear Sir Or Madam,

 

I cannot join the portal on ifs.com or on ifs-certification.com

So far I received emails from ifs-certificaiton.com without any issue but the login does not work.

using the login on ifs.com it just end in a timeout!

 

trying to register the company again, it comes the following error message

The CID xxxxx does not represent a valid customer company. Please verify and re-enter.

 

However our new CB need to be added today, so our audit can be prepared.

I will be happy to try to help!

On checking our system, I cannot find the name of your company (nako naturals GmbH) registered with IFS.

Could your company be registered under another name?

If you could provide me with your company’s CID (customer Identifier, or customer number), I can look into this further.

thank you very much for your kind reply!

Our new CB say we are registered and they cannot add us anymore, and as per our previous CB the COID is: 83019

Apologies, but I still cannot find your company name - unfortunately 83019 is not a valid customer number.

Can I please check what ‘CB’ stands for?

Do you have the name of your IFS Account Manager - that could help me locate your details.
