Please could you let me know if there is a way to allow modification of objectives directly on the screen ‘My Performance Evaluation Detail’ without passing through the assistant.
I tried to check this with the page designer but all the fields are already set as editable.

If you mark the objective row you should be able to edit the objective using “Edit” button. (It is not possible to edit the objective directly in the table view.)

Thanks for your response.
By proceding that way it will allow us to edit the objective but through an assistant.
We want to be able to do an Inline edit without opening the assistant.
