The Inventory Part In Stock does not exist in Move Receipt

Hello Team,

I would like to know if you already have this kind of issue.

I cannot Move the receipt into One location. Each time it’s saying the error message.

The “inventory part” is existing, but we have nothing in “inventory parts in stock”. 

Could you please help me ?

a couple of questions:

  1. is the Purchase Order by chance connected to a demand object? Meaning was the PO created directly from a Customer Order Line or a Work Task Material Line or any other demand object?
  2. which IFS Cloud version are you on?

 

The reasons could be manyfold as to why the server error pops up, but if you don’t have any customizations and the data itself is not corrupted then the issue might as well be a core defect of some kind related to a very specific scenario.

 

More information is needed though and it is likely that you may need to create a ticket to IFS Support for a more thorough investigation.
