Dear all,
Recently, when I tried to use the Migration Job to update the content in the database, I encountered an error message after execution:

"Insert into FA_OBJECT_TAB failed - ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! User 145409 is not connected to Company."

However, I have confirmed that my account has been set up with the relevant company configuration, and most permissions are fully enabled.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Dear @eqbstal ,

Yes, I tried to update the description of the object.

I found that I need to remove the column name row and the migration job to execute it successfully.

But the error message is quite strange and not really related to the actual cause of the issue.
The error message indicates a permission-related problem, but the actual issue was with reading the data content from the file.

The issue has been resolved. Thank you for your response!

@StevenHsu At moments that I got this message, there was one step missing. I had forgotten to add the user via Accounting Rules > User Related Data > Users per User Group (this is the IFS Cloud path, but think it is the same in IFS10).

You might have to check if the user group is connected to an open ledger period.

You wrote 'Migration Job to update the content in the database’, but the message states 'Insert into FA_OBJECT_TAB’. So are you updating or inserting a fixed asset?

@StevenHsu Does your user have full access to other parts of IFS. It might have to with a view that the user is not entitled to.
