I am trying to identify all the Non Buildable messages so I can create a report from MRP Message to be able to give our team so they can work on.

Apparently it look likes “Not Buildable” is not enough, Example, “No Alternate” is also one of the cause of not buildable. Do you know any other in your experience that accounts for similar thing?

Hi @marslan I would say those two should be enough, the only other one identifying a problem with the part is ‘Part Type Problem’.

If you haven’t already, have a look at the available messages,

So you are saying “Part Type Problem” also makes it Non Buildable?

I have seen this but never thought of it, I think its making sense now.

Part Type Problem Problem with part type. This means that the demand for this part type was not broken down into components

Hi, I only mentioned this as it’s another one that highlights part setup issues, not specifically structure problems.

Correct! for my purpose I think its only 3 I found.

  1. Not Buildable
  2. No Alternate
  3. No Revision Exists

For the same purpose I am looking to see if you can shed some light on Master Schedule Action Proposals too?

I found the only message seems fit for this purpose is “No buildable structure/revision exists for alternate *.”

Do you see anything else?
