Does IFS Cloud support a shared mailbox

how does ifs protect the client credentials and Tokens?

HI @Asela Munasinghe

Yes, we managed to get this resolved, with MUCH trial, error and head scratching

Once you have the Email account and OAuth end configured you need the following items from your config

Secret

Application ID

OAuth 2.0 Token Endpoint (v2)

I hope this helps. feel free to message me.

I found the following document in the IFS community discussion related to SMTP setup. I hope this will help you resolve the issue.

Thanks @maheshmuz , that document you shared is pretty useful. I started setting it up for IFS 24.1.9 that we are using. However I keep getting the same error on the application messages mentioned by @bdawson, @FlorianHKT and @AQWSBOY might be facing mainly because of this.

Missing OAuth2 Authentication Client UI

Logging in as Application Manager, I don't have access to the Authentication Client I believe. Any of you managed to sort this out?

Thanks,
Asela
