A IFS Cloud 21R2 environment was cloned from PROD to TEST and after the clone, the tasks are not automatically running in TEST env.
So far we have checked that oracle batch jobs are running and job_queue_processes is set to a high number.
Any other ideas what to check?

Check if your database processes are ‘Scheduled’ and has a valid ‘Next Date’
If the there are any broken processes delete them and toggle ‘Schedule tasks process startup’ to OFF and then back ON to recreate them

Ran following statement that fixed the issue:
EXEC Install_Tem_SYS.Enable_Scheduler_Processes
