Shrink Lob Segments schedule job warning

Hi all,we setup shrink lob segment schedule job and it was running well.but now it goes to warning stage.i can see below error in background jobs.what can i do to solve this error? How to use URL parameter in Routing Address?

Hi, I am practicing about web services. I would like to change the URL with a parameter. It is working while static value. However, I couldn’t do it with a URL parameter. URGENT - PRINTING IS DOWN

Hello,Currently we are facing an issue where out printing is down in IFS Cloud. The strange thing is that this only happens for some printers, which we have verified they are mapped correctly and even remapped them to be sure. The error we are getting is “object reference not set to an instance of an object”. We’ve never encountered this error before in the 8 months that we’ve been using IFS cloud. This issue causes items in the print manager to fail, and when restarted, it seems there is a 50% chance this will complete the print manager job and actually print out.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Why IFS Failed to Create Eng Part Revision & Structure

Community, This is question is more technical related. IFS assisted to developed the interface with Windchill, Windchill will be the source of truth and sync with IFS at real time. Workflow to create resource groups

I’m trying to automate a process involving creating resource groups using workflow. I’ve found the projection NewResourceGroup, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to work inside a workflow. It works fine though Postman.Workflow: The first step creates the resource group. Defined as: And an object seem to be created: I’ve understood that to use bound actions I need to read the object before and result looks OK after read: I get no errors in the two following call actions: However, no resource group is created: I’m able to create a resourcegroup using the same parameters, but doing the same api calls directly from postman. Custom Event/Event Action requiring a Custom Field Value - Apps 10

Hello,I am trying to create a Custom Event using a Custom Field that has a Custom Enumeration in Apps10. Freight Supplier is the custom field with the custom enumeration. I want the custom event to trigger and be a hard stop if Charge Cost > 0 and Freight Supplier is blank and require the User to enter a value for Freight Supplier if a Charge Cost value is entered:So I have been able to get the Custom Event to work as an Information Message and trigger when the Freight Supplier is blank however, when I click OK it saves the record without a value in the Freight Supplier field. I can also enter the Charge Line with all the required information for Charge Cost and Freight Supplier, but it gives this message as well. I have created the Custom Attribute for custom field Freight Supplier with ROWKEY at it was the only reference I coulld find: I created the Event Action with following Conditions and used the Client_SYS.Add_Info in the SQL, as when trying to use error_sys.system_general

Round numbers in List element Lobby Cloud

How can you manipulate the data displayed in the elements in cloud lobbies? In previous versions of IFS, it has been possible to write in the columns in data source designer, for example Round(field,0). I have a problem with the list element showing 0.000000000000000000001. On all other element types, there are formatting properties like 'Round result'. But not on the list element.I use Query Designer -> Data source designer -> Element Designer.

Instant invoice : The PDF does not attach to the invoice

Hello,We have a report rule that will attach the PDF to the invoice when printing the instant invoice.It is working well if we don’t check the "Print” check box in the Report format & output window.On the other hand, if we check this check box, the PDF will not attach to the invoice.What I mean by "attach the PDF to the invoice” is adding the PDF of the report to the "Documents” of the Instant invoice.We have tried to modify the report rules, like breaking it in 2 (and creating 2 report rules) but it didn't change anything.What could be causing this issue?

Hi, I’m wanting to print a document in a portrait layout but the paper size needs to be manually set. I go to Page Settings and select “Fixed page size >>” and set to a custom paper size to fit a 8.5” x 11” paper size layout.
