Chrome extension (ifseeextensioninstall.msi) on Terminal Server

Our customer (App10 UPD17) wants to install the ifseeextensioninstall.msi package on Terminal Server, but after installation it only works for the installing user, not for the other users. No problem with the Chrome extension itself (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ifs-ee-link-handler/hmnenmeloiaifbhgebbpkiapmjognkio?pli=1), only with the MSI package.What is the recommended procedure?

Creating Company with IFS Standard Templates for Brazil

In Apps10, I am creating a new company for Brazil, and looking at the option to create the company from a template: When searching the LOV for the Template ID, I don’t see STD-BR.Does anyone know if this is a standard template or if you have to use the Global Extension for IFS to get that STD-BR template to create the company? IAL's - IFS Cloud

Hi, I’ve seen a number of posts on IFS Cloud and IALs. Were starting to think about prepping for a move from Apps 10. We use IAL’s extensively so I’ve a few questions. As of 23R2 can you create new IAL’s As of 23R2 can you amend existing IAL’s Is there a date when existing IAL’s will no longer be used We use some IAL’s for Power BI reports - what is the best way to get at the data in Power BI for IFS Cloud. I apricate this is a lot of questions - so any help on any of the questions would be appreciated. Thanks, Matthew

Partial created Projection Configurations is not visible

List of values for dynamic column not visible

Hi, I have a standard page Posting Control Details with control types. I created new control type in database 'CMEE1': The problem is that when creating a new record, the list of values is not available: If I turn on the page designer, the list of values for this column is available: Why is the list of values for this column not available in the standard view (when the page designer is closed)?

Functional Area Conflict Report

In most IFS reports, if you go to the Report Definition, there is an underlying table that matches the Report ID. This table holds the data gathered for the report.For example, the Purchase Order uses the PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP.By getting the Result Key shown in the Report Archive, you can access the data in that table for the report.The Functional Area Conflict report lists the Report ID as FUNCTIONAL_AREA_CONFLICT_REP. This table exists in the system, but it does not contain any data that matches the Result Key listed in the Report Archive.Does anyone know where this report data is actually stored?

System Parameters in Cloud/Date time

Is it possible to remove time from date parameters?I see the ability to change this in System Parameters/Event Management. Would this take out the time from our dates if I changed it here? We do not want to choose or see the time when selecting dates.

Event trigger from background job completion

Iam trying to create an event or even an api call would be fine for when a background job finishes. Specifically "Create Pick List for Customer Order". Our goal is to have the associated order’s PCKNOTE document text updated after the shipment is created from the background job. I have a custom api call that updates it when I test from SQL but I can’t figure out how to get the event to trigger. We tried when a new record is inserted into the FRT_SHIPPING_INFO_TAB table.

How to automatically print and advance invoice with specific payment terms?

Hello,For specific advance invoices that come from our online store processing, we’d like that these invoices get automatically set to “PostedAuth”. Inquiry Regarding IFS User Activity Tracking

I am currently seeking assistance in identifying a reliable method for tracking user activity within our IFS system. As part of our company policy, we need to maintain a comprehensive list of currently active users and their corresponding activity history within the system.My initial investigation led me to the "fnd_client_logon_tab" table, which should ideally contain information about active users. However, to my surprise, the table appears to be empty, leading me to suspect a possible system error. Consequently, I am seeking clarification on whether this observed behavior indicates a technical issue that requires resolution.Furthermore, I came across the "FND_SESSION_RUNTIME" view, which I hoped could serve as an alternative solution for tracking user activity. IAL alternative for Business Reports

Hello Community,On IFS Cloud documentation it is mentioned that the IAL is deprecated in IFS cloud, and will be removed in future release.What are your thoughts for alternative option to IAL in context of creating Business reports?We have used IALs to create Business Reports, one alternative I can think of is Custom utility package views.We can create a Utility model and create our custom views. Then in the Quick Information Sources Draft, we can select LU and choose the custom view to create the draft.What could be the Pros and Cons of this option, if any? Is there any other alternative for the Business reports you can think of? Thanks in advance.

BPA: Create Sub Nested Entity

We’re trying to automate a process and need to create a SalesCustomerAddressArray record in a CustomerInfoAddress. The signature of the API call is below:CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='{CustomerId}')/CustomerInfoAddresses(CustomerId='{CustomerId',AddressId='{AddressId}')/SalesCustomerAddressArrayWhile the IFS Projection Call task can create the CustomerInfoAddress record as a Nested Entity easily, the SalesCustomerAddressArray record is a Sub Nested Entity which doesn’t seem to be available….yet. Has anyone ever run into this issue and what is the workaround for overcoming this issue? Was hoping there was a CustomerInfoAddressHanding projection but that’s not exposed.TIA,

Crystal web server instances

I have created 4 Crystal web server instances on our print server. We seem to have some delays printing particularly if someone sends multiple print jobs. What I have noticed is that nothing is ever logged in anything but the first instance. Can anyone else with this setup say if it is expected behavior? How do you know the other Crystal instances are being used?

Is deleting the IAM User the right approach when AD changes?

In IFS Cloud we use SSO and have a business unit that just changed their Active Directory information as part of a renaming. Once the AD domain name changed, users were no longer able to log in to IFS using the new domain name.Looking at the User Details screen in IFS we can see that although the Directory ID and email for the user were updated to the new AD values, the IAM User account associated to each user did not change. This value does not appear to be changeable.When we delete the IAM User and the user logs in again using their new domain details it then works, and a new correct IAM User account is automatically created and associated with the User. The new IAM User account is then included in the User Details screen.Is this the correct approach to align/fix IAM accounts for users after a domain name change in AD? Or is there something else that should be done instead (or in addition)? Thanks in advance,Nick

Restrict user setting On Hold in Work Task

Hi!IFS10 Upd 8:In window work task: there is two ways of setting the task to On hold.I want to restrict from setting status to On hold in this window since you dont need to enter a reason for On hold here (reported to IFS). In window Work TaskS you need to enter a reason.I dont want to use permission set here, i want to hide it in the profile.I have unchecked this one: In the window it is now gone which is good. But there is even second way of setting it to onhold.If you right click in the checkbox called “On hold” you get these alternatives: Anyone know how to get rid of this backdoor?/Awe
