Potential infinite recursion detected in cascading BPAs

Hi All,I have a question about Business Process Automation and workflow.A workflow has been created, which is triggered by an event action when changing the status of the Purchase Requisition line from Planned to Released.Neither the workflow nor the function called in the workflow modifies the data (no insert or update). Interface Impact cannot be analyzed in Update Analyzer

A Cust layer add-on function calls a standard function. IFS APPS10 Middleware Question

After making changes in the Common > Security > Default tab, does the MWS service need to be restarted in order for the changes to take? I have not found a definitive answer to my question in the IFS community, but am hoping someone would know.

Table view not available on posting proposal authorization

Hello Community,On Posting Proposal page, in the authorizer summary, there is no table view option available at least in 23R1. I have checked a couple of environments now. There are hidden columns on the summary that I would like to add there, but as I’m not able to change this into table view, I am unable to see all the fields.Does anyone know if I could turn the table view on from somewhere, for example from page designer, or if this is a some kind of bug?

APPS10 PATCH requests are sent as POST requests

The 3rd Party app trying to integrate IFS with requires that certain messages be sent as a PATCH message. Documentation for this is found here:https://developer.paychex.com/documentation#tag/Worker/operation/updateWorkerRouting address for this which is set to use the PATCH operation. The code to trigger the message is also set with a PATCH http method: Other POST and GET messages to this service work fine, so it is not an authentication issue. While testing this interface using Postman, the PATCH works fine. When sending the same request as a POST, this gives the same result that IFS does when set as PATCH: It appears that even when IFS is set to use PATCH in both the code and the Routing Address, it is actually sending it as a POST, which is being rejected by the endpoint. I have found similar post which has been closed without a conclusion.

On-line job is not finished when the spinner disappears from the screen.

I have a scenario where I have a large number of records that are affected by a change in the Engineering Part Navigator using the Edit All function. When hitting save the system gives you the normal indication that it is working (the spinner) and after a while, the spinner will disappear from the screen. This gives the illusion that the on-line job has finished its work. But, if you go ahead and try to change one of the records, the system tells you that the record is being changed. Any ideas what would cause the spinner to disappear but that the on-line job has not finished?

Edit All and its row count when a filter is used.

I’ve got an EngPartStructure that Consist of 240 parts. When I use Edit All to change the sort code for all of them, the system says All (240) records were changed. That’s good. But when I filter the data to a subset and use the Edit All, screen updates to show my filtered data but the result of the Edit All still indicates that All (240) records were change. That is not something I expected. Is something going on where the Edit All functionality is counting the rows incorrectly or that it is stlil going to go ahead and update all the records?Thank you

Print order confirmation slow to open print options

Hi,When I click SHARE->PRINT ORDER CONFIRMATION en my production environment, it takes 15 seconds to open de print option screen and even more if I chose to preview.I did the same validation on TEST environment, and it is almost instantaneous. I am short of ideas, disabled all rules, disabled custom field options, use custom configuration. I even add one me ifsapp-reporting and ifsapp-client containers. Nothing changes. IFS Cloud 22R2 with high availablity

Has anyone been able to successfully install IFS Cloud 22R2 with high availability?Here’s what I have done for configuration, following the instructions in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r2/070_remote_deploy/010_installing_fresh_system/030_preparing_server/50_windows_managementserver/#high_availability:Load balancer 3 middle tier Ubuntu servers In main_config.json: Linuxhost: hostname of the load balancer LoadBalancerPrivateIP: IP address of the load balancer Nodes: array of hostnames of the middle tier servers When I run .\main.ps1 -resource 'KEY' it attempts to copy the public key to the load balancer, not the middle tier servers. I can tell this from the output - the Connection Closed message shows the IP address of the load balancer. I tried skipping this step and copying the public key manually to the authorized_keys file on the middle tier servers, but .\main.ps1 -resource 'KUBERNETES' just attempts to install Kubernetes on the load balancer. How to remove special characters when using INET_TRANS for XML. What is the best way to remove special like ‘& < >’ and others. These might appear in a description or an address field and they create errors in the output xml file. This is from Send_Purchase_Order xml. Apps10 Middleware fails with leftover files on every stop-start

How to set up IFS Cloud behind a proxy to connect to Azure AD

Hi Community.I'm building IFS Cloud (23R1) behind a proxy.In this environment, I would like to authenticate with Azure AD. What is the right configuration to communicate from the middle tier to Azure AD via proxy?I think there is no problem with setting up the IAM Provider for IFS Cloud and setting up Azure AD(When I change the network settings to allow Middile Tier to communicate with Azure AD without going through a proxy, authentication with Azure AD succeeds.)On the middle tier, /etc/environment contains environment variable settings for http_proxy, https_proxy, and no_proxy. IFS Cloud - outbound RestApi messages are failing after callback API package re-deployment

Dear all,we have integrated our IFS Cloud with e-days using restAPI and IFS Connect. Key Mappings for Entity Associations not working on Product Structure Alternate

Hi, I would like to create a page to view the project ID, Part No and the state of routings and product structure. I already did it as a datasource and elements in a Lobby (see below) My purpose now is to create a new page configuration. Entity association and the key mapping is working good between Project and Routings. But between Project/Routing and Product Structure it is impossible. Entity Key are not poping in the Key Mapping List (see below)Even if the Entity PART_NO is existing in ProdStrucAlternate. The matching is working on a lobby but not in a projection. Could you please help me how to activate those entities in Product Structre alternate ?

Turn off case sensitivity in Cloud searches

In EE, we could tick a box to ignore the case when searching. In Cloud, the drop down searches are case sensitive. Can this be set anywhere ?
