Why does my custom screen gets cleared when I go back to it from ’Recent Screens’ button?

Hi all,

Why does my custom screen gets cleared when I go back to it from the ’Recent Screens’ button?

The ’Back’ button of the browser works fine in this sense, I can see all my previous data there.

Most other screens, for instance ’Inventory Part’, retain their displayed data when I return to them via the ’Recent Screens’ button also.

How can I make my custom screen retain its queried data on such occasions too, when using the ’Recent Screens’ button?

It is Cloud 24.1.4.

Hi @jasahu,

I am not sure, but the system might be loading the screen afresh with the Recent Screen button.

Please check the custom screen behavior with the below search setting.
