Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from IFS Cloud 22.1.9 to 22.2.0

I have installed the newest version of IFS Update Analyzer and downloaded xxxxx_Impact_Assessment.upda file from Release Update Studio:

When i open the xxxxx_Impact_Assessment.upda in IFS Update Analyzer, after a few minutes of running the following message is displayed:

What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi,

I have the same problem when I try to execute the impact assessment for a upgrade from 21.2.6 to 22.2.2.

I downgraded to release 10.0.18 and I was able to start the update analyzer.

10.0.19 seems broken.

I think I have found a solution how to make it works in newest version of Analyzer.

When the processing is finished after initial start of Analyzer and message “Invalid base tag” is displayed just press OK and then manually set folders: Base UPD, Target UPD and Modifications to relevant folders created automatically by Analyzer (in may case they were located in E:\Updaclones). Then “Analyze” button should work fine.

It’s the shame that current version 10.0.20.0 suffer for this issue still! After several month...

This issue still seems to occur. Great that we found this post to go around it.

Aaaand… it wasn't also solved in 10.0.21.0 obviously. :)

I lost all illusions. A long time ago.

2 years old bug still not fixed, nice.

Also the Default Download Path is not working, allways downloading directly to c:\UpdaClones\
