IFS 10 Aurena Middleware (On Redhat) - the menu is not shown

We are using Redhat OS as IFS10 Middleware. The IFS Enterprise Explorer does not have any issues. 

But the Aurena cannot show its menu. The system runs forever without any result.

We already ask IFS Regional but still no answer until today.  

Please help.

Hi @bhaktiutama Thank you for using IFS Community, I noted this was a post that hasn’t received a response for a long time and was wondering if you were able to resolve this issue?  Did you try a complete server restart / a server reconfiguration? Also is this issue common to all the users or specific to a user or group?

yes, it has been restarted many times. the issue appears onifsapp user id.

It installed using IFS10 UPD7

@bhaktiutama Cloud you please check on mandatory framework permission set for Aurena, whether those are granted or not?
