I'm experiencing the problem trying to connect with mWO on Windows to TAS using SSO through the ADFS. Always get error "Environment you are trying to login to does not support openId authentication".

All the necessary settings there were applied accordingly to IFS official documentation. All the ADFS redirect URI, Touch Apps redirect URI and so on. What exactly I have to check more?

That error unfortunately doesn’t tell much. When I have seen it it has most often actually being the wrong URL.

Thanks, Tommy!

Which exactly URL we should check?

URL on ADFS side for App Server or for Touch App server? Or redirecting URL in Administrator Console for Touch Apps?

In the Customer Portal in TAS, validate that the URL is correct.

We have the Application Server URL there. What exactly we have to enter for this URL? ADFS URL?

Thanks!
