Hi,

Cannot log in to touch app. show this error when try to login to it.

Things we have tried so far:

  • Re install TAS
  • Create new system ID and test again
  • Check the TASTrace.log (which is empty)

We  did  all above but the issue still there. Please can you give your comments to solve this issue

Have you cloned the database? 
This error usually happens when one of the TAS installation certificates is no longer valid after clone the database.

As you mentioned, even in the new system ID is getting the same error them try to remove the existing record from the table "service_instance_tab" and try to run the TAS installer.

we applied  prod copy to test and we already changed existing system ID under  service_instance_tab,but problem still exists.

However ,our customer case a file with ifs to check with them

Why is this marked as “solved” I don´t see a resolution. Right now we have this error. What is the solution on this?
