Hi,

Can you check if the presentation objects related to your custom menus (Right Mouse Buttons available in the second image) are granted for those users.

You can find the relevant Presentation object as shown below.

-Go to Instant Invoice.

-Right Mouse Button , Custom Objects > Custom menus > Select your custom menu(RMB) > edit.

I agree with the above, and would also like to add, that Custom Menus may or may not appear to certain users based on the User Profile set for the User.

the Custom Menus is not appear on right click to certain users as attached screen ,

I need to know the steps to add it from User Profile.

Hi Samir,

Have you tried any of the following solutions for similar questions/issues in IFS Community?

I recommend reviewing the following:

How do you grant or revoke access to a custom menu | IFS Community

Custom menu on custom page not showing | IFS Community

Custom Menu acce | IFS Community

User Cannot Run Quick Report - Granted Access | IFS Community

Permission to Custom Menu | IFS Community

I hope that one of these solutions will help. Please let me know not.

Kind regards,

Sheri

If the solutions mentioned above do not resolve your issue, you may want to review the following, related to User Profiles.
