MOre than one of our users report that she repeatedly looses her setting of personal profile. In tableview Posting Proposal.This appears several times in one days. We have tried to change machine user is using by problem remains. User uses finance profile as base profile. Any suggestions where to search ?
+1Multiple of our users are reporting similar issues in IFS Cloud 23R1, using Google Chrome.
They add fields to their filter on a certain screen and after some time, the fields they added are no longer visible, so they have to look them up via More and add them again.
Some users also reported that their preference for Dark mode gets reset to Light mode every now and then.
Right now it's unclear when this happens exactly.
Most issues are reported on Monday, but some users keep their browser open all week so perhaps the problem only occurs when the browser is closed and reopened.

how do they log off from IFS?
I think they just close the last window.
For this case use the Exit function.
Normally, IFS saves the personal settings automatically. If not, you can manually save the settings or reset the profile if it is damaged.
Multiple of our users are reporting similar issues in IFS Cloud 24R1.
Our customers use bookmarks group function. Also they add bookmarks under the group.
Everday, bookmarks under the group filters resets.
Does aynone have same situation?
