I wondered if anybody using payroll has successfully gone paperless? I have been toying with looking at e-mailing payslips to employees but obvsiouly with GDPR (and just general common sense) I would need to encrypt the attachment first.
As far as I know, we do not have this capability once it has left IFS. Within the application, the login credentials keeps the payslips secure, but once it leaves IFS, it would need to be encrypted prior to being emailed, so using an encryption service once out of IFS and prior to emailing to the employee or final recipient.
