External Payment - There is no record type 2_DETAIL in the file

Hello, I’ve found similar topics to this problem, but the resolutions are not working for me. 

 

We are trying to upload a file of customer payments to a Mixed Payment and have it match to customers.

I’m using the File Type ExtCustPayment. After uploading, I receive the message: There is no record type 2_DETAIL in the file

I’ve imported as csv and txt and got the same result.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if there is something else you need to see.

    Your record type ID is 2_DETAIL and that should be in column 1 for all detail rows according to your template.  In our template, we have the following Record Type IDs and External File Template Control. In ours, Column 1 always has an “H”, “I”,”P”, etc.
