Trying to create a RMA from CRO but getting the error “The Supplier delivery address has expired”   I have checked the supplier and customer to see what could be wrong and have discovered nothing - even checked Supplier for Purchase part

Did you check “Valid From” and “Valid To” falls between SYSDATE?

Hi, 

Did you check all of the address records?   Customers and supplier can have any number of address records. In the shared screen, you can see address ID 1, but you could have many each with valid from / until dates.
