Good Day, I have a customer in the US that has the following extension installed for credit card payments: Originally done in Apps 9 and now in Apps 10 IEE

Data Source information group Ifs.Application.Crecar_Ext.dll

There are no “Help” documentation on this. Who can assist me with a User Guide on this? I have a user guide on the Interface but not these screens:

 

 

 

I have to support them on this extension and also assist as the refund is not working properly but I have no idea where to find information on this.

Is there any progress on this? I’m also looking for documentation for this addon in Apps 10. We are able to process credit cards on orders, but there’s nothing populating on Payments and I don’t see a place to print a receipt.

IFS has 2 Credit Card functionalities.

1. Used in HCM - Developed by R&D

2. CCI-Used in Customer order -Developed by IFS NA

So, the CC in HCM has been in all later IFS releases including IFS Cloud. But Credit Card Interface-CCI, used in customer order has not been uplifted from APP 10 since it is not a core release

 

The Credit Card Interface is available in IFS Cloud for Customer Orders. 

It is not a part of core and is treated as an Add On.
