If you notice that the font and fields in Alliance is too small, please check the resolution of the machine you are on and make sure it’s set to 1920 x 1800.

Agree with this suggestion.  The problem is the Astea Browser does not handle the scaling to 4K monitors, at least that is what I found and set both my monitors to 1920x1080..

Note, the later versions of the Alliance product (v15.4) have moved away from the Astea Browser which is IE based. They are now browser agnostic with most functionality migrated to these browsers such as Chrome and MS Edge.

We have a lot of High DPI display laptops and we found a similar issue when moving the application between displays that have a different resolution.  To fix it, we open the properties of the ‘astea browser.exe’ and ‘Change high DPI settings’.  Setting the ‘High SPI scaling override’ as below fixes the problem to a certain extent.

Hi Anthony,

Agree it helps somewhat.  For those wondering, this is what it looks like with the options configured per his suggestion:

3840x2160 - much real estate to the right and the buttons are further away from the data portion of the screen

1920x1080
