Send attachment attached in a ticket

There is a requirement from the business to email all attached document on a ticket through outbound email notification. Is there a way to achieve this using a custom action scripts.

The most recent version of assyst has improved email notifcations which, I think, will let you achieve this without having to use the Action Processor & SmartMail.
