A user created a request and managed to append the text '_2' to the numeric request_ID.
The linked tables also have the complete request_ID '26981_2'.
The request was probably created on the mobile.

Is it possible that an index is appended due to a conflict of the ID?

Is it possible for a user to manually overwrite the request_id?

Can you a bit more specific, maybe add a printscreen as well.

With this information, it is really hard to understand what this issue is.
