IFS Cloud id object not saving eform answer through tech portal

Hi All.I have created a survey using WorfkFlow Type: Object Information, and it works well as I answer through MWO Maintenance. But, if I answer the survey in techportal, the system does not save the object id and site.I had the same problem with app10 see (id object not saving eform answer through tech portal | IFS Community), and needed to fix with the local support.
