id object not saving eform answer through tech portal

Hi all,

I have an eform set to Object Information in workflow type but if I answer through the tech portal, the object id is not syncing to the survey answers.

 

The Workflow Configuration is set to use both Tech Portals and mWO.

 

Using apps10 UPD17.

 

It only works using the MWO.

I have the same behaviour, so I think this is a bug. Please report this to IFS as a case and pelase update me on teh outcome.

Hi @CurBeritO , the local IFS support did a technical fix in our environment and it’s working as expected.
