I recently installed HF9 & HF10 for 15.1 and several periodic process flows have stopped. I’ve reviewed all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Process Flow User Guide, and not able to recover. Rebuilding the process works but that’s not a task I want to deal with.

Anyone else run into this issue after updating or better yet have a super secret method to kick start the failed process flows?

Hi Kyle,

There were some issues with process flows not executing after deploying HF10.

This has been fixed and will be in HF11. If urgent, please log a ticket in our partner portal.

Yes, I received a quick fix 15.1.0.1002 to address the issue. I installed in UAT and tested a few process flows (not all). That was installed with the group of patches deployed this week.

US0061960@@1 Scheduled process flows do not work - The Fix includes resolution for regression of HF10 issues periodic Process Flows.

I did submit a service ticket today (US0062730@@1 )

@ktolkacevic - we are going to review it very soon.

Has been resolved by running the sql script:

update wf_rule_header set machine_name = null

(failed to run periodic Process Flows had not null machine_name value )

The script  is included in the upcoming HF11 of v15.1.

The issue doesn’t exists in the subsequent V15 versions
