Hi we have an issue where our field techs are seeing the Qty of a product for the national supply warehouse and not the Net Avail. Qty. This is an issue if they are looking up a part and it shows as 1 being available however it actually isn’t due to another tech already Ording it, therefore it is no longer available to order. This becomes an issue if the technician advises the customer there is 1 in stock and i will return tomorrow.
Is there a way that the Mobile Edge can show the Net Avail. Qty for the field techs ?
