How do I reset the password in Astea Alliance, v15.3. Seems I have locked my seal account. How do I unlock it.

Hi Dinuk,

I’ve shared an SQL script with via chat, you can execute that on your database, and it will reset the seal user password to “x”. 

I cannot post the SQL script here due to security risk.
