Data Handler Integration Error in V15

A customer recently observed the following error every few seconds being written into the Event Viewer Log on all Alliance Servers:

“There were no active Data Handler integrations found for business component Service_Order. Please review the Configuration Editor section DataHandlerIntegrations.”

Background: all sections for Inbound and Outbound of DataHandlerIntegrations were previously disabled as all integrations moved to Process Flows.

 

 

 

SOLUTION (to eliminate the error message): 

To disable EventBroker.DataHandler.Base record from EventBrokers section per screenshot below

Hi Gene,

Was this for all versions of v15 (e.g. v15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4) or only for customers who are no longer using the eventbroker?

Hi Phil - observed and resolved yesterday for not hosted customer on 15.1

Can we tweak the logic in the Configuration Editor when those Data Handler Entries are disabled to check and at least prompt the user that there are still associated event broker entries enabled?  or maybe it can be modified to automatically disable those as well? (rather than doing it manually?)
