Some of our android user get stuck on Warning "You have xx pending Alliance transaction(s)"
Mobile app is connected to the back office and actively communicating with the back office, but the outgoing messages in Queue are not send to the back office.
Because of the pending outgoing messages it is not possible anymore to refresh
After Reset Mobile App of reinstall Mobile app, old orders are back on the mobile and must resolved again.
It seems, this happens after update to 15.4.1.0
If the user is login on Internet Browser or iOS app the messages are sent, and everything is working.
What are the minimum requirements for Android, if we use 15.4.1.0?
