Some of our android user get stuck on Warning "You have xx pending Alliance transaction(s)" 

 

Mobile app is connected to the back office and actively communicating with the back office, but the outgoing messages in Queue are not send to the back office. 
Because of the pending outgoing messages it is not possible anymore to refresh

After Reset Mobile App of reinstall Mobile app, old orders are back on the mobile and must resolved again.

 

It seems, this happens after update to 15.4.1.0

 

If the user is login on Internet Browser or iOS app the messages are sent, and everything is working.

What are the minimum requirements for Android, if we use 15.4.1.0?

Hi Robin,

I feel you will need to log a ticket for this issue as really the queue should process automatically as long as they have a network connection to the mobile server so something else is going on.

I don’t know if you tested this on your UAT environment or not.

Other things to check out (and supply in the ticket) are:

  • Are they on 3.3.2 of the native app?
  • Did they recently install any new updates on the devices that are experiencing issues?
  • What if they try WiFi and not cellular...do the transactions go through then?
  • Are there any errors in the event viewer log files on the mobile server for these users?
  • Maybe a session ID has expired or something along those lines?

I think this would be too much troubleshooting to go through a community post.  We can always post the final results later but this should be handled as a support ticket.

Thank you for logging the ticket.  For reference so far this seems to only impact the Samsung A40 and A41 mobile clients.  This issue is now bieing handled via the support ticket and not within this community post.
