The customer is upgrading from APP9 to APP10UPD16 and we have been experiencing a massive slowness in the execution of the script POST_SLA_DataUpgrade.sql which is now running for over 7 hours and counting (upgrade is still ongoing). In previous upgrade iterations in the same server, the script has executed in under 2 hours. There is also an increase of around 50000 work orders in the latest data set used. Has anyone else experienced this during recent upgrades? Any performance tuning or known causes for such a slow execution?
